מתחביב, למקצוע, לחברה
לפני שנה וקצת (אפריל 09) מצאתי את עצמי ללא עבודה. החברה בה עבדתי נסגרה ואני גיליתי שבאמצע מיתון גם לאנשים טובים קשה מאד למצוא מקום עבודה.
הבנאדם צריך להתפרנס ולכן עברתי לחלטר בווב ובניית אתרי וורדפרס.
לקח לי כמעט חצי שנה להבין כמה אני נהנית יותר מאשר ברוב הסיבובים הקודמים של חיי ולהחליט להיות עצמאית. ההבדל הוא מהותי, אבל גם האחריות והפחד. עצמאי לא יכול להיות בטוח כמה כסף יכנס לו בראשון לחודש. אין משכורת קבועה, אין ימי חופש בתשלום, אין ימי מחלה בתשלום. הכל תלוי בך.
פחד אלוהים. אבל עשיתי את זה.
עברו כמה חודשים והבנתי את ההבדל, השליטה שלי על מה אני עושה, עם מי ועבור מי.
אילו בעיות אני פותרת, מה איכות העבודה והשירות שהלקוח מקבל, ועוד...
והשליטה בשעות העבודה ובימים, מדהים (כמובן שמצאתי את עצמי עובדת הרבה יותר בשביל פחות כסף).
השלב הבא היה כמעט מתבקש - הצורך בשוק למישהו שעושה עבודה כמו שצריך. שמספק מענה טוב ראוי וקבוע לבעיות, שמבין את יתרונות הקוד הפתוח וממנף אותם לטובת הלקוחות. כל אלו צעקו "צריך חברה".
זו הנקודה שמצאתי לי שותף ראוי שיביא פנימה את מה שלי חסר, הראיה העסקית מצד אחד, יכולות אפיון שאינן נופלות משלי והרבה יתרונות בהקשר של הדרכה ותמיכה בלקוחות.

- אנחנו מספקים שרותי תמיכה והדרכה
הרעיון הוא להפוך את תהליך פיתוח הווב לקל ונעים גם עבור מי שאינו "כריש אינטרנט".
